When you book a date(s) a $100 deposit is required to secure it. Cancellations are required 14 days prior to your trip in order to try and fill your date with anternate clients. If we are able to fill your date with others, your deposit will be refunded, however, if we are unable to fill your date the deposit will be forfeited. Please be advised that we will do our utmost to fill your date and be able to return your deposit. Safety is always of paramount concern and it will be at the discretion of the captain as to whether sea conditions dictate canceling the trip. If weather or circumstances beyond our control require a change in dates, you will have the choice of applying your deposit to the next available day or obtaining a full deposit refund. If weather or sickness should cut our trip short, your fee will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that 1 or 2 anglers on board makes for the optimal experience.
